MALAYSIAN ENGINEERING SINCE 1983

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE.

DRIVEN BY WHAT'S NEXT.

ENGINEERING IS WHERE WE STARTED.

PROGRESS IS WHERE WE'RE GOING.

Since 1983

Four decades of continuous Malaysian engineering practice — through every industrial cycle the country has been through.

KSM Group is a Malaysian engineering and technology group with more than four decades of industrial experience. Through five specialist businesses, we design, supply, install and support engineering solutions for power, manufacturing, infrastructure and healthcare — working alongside international technology partners and local industry to deliver work that has to perform for decades, not quarters.

Five specialist businesses

Each one leads its own sector, backed by the shared engineering depth of a single group.

Malaysia + regional reach

Rooted in Malaysian industry, delivering and supporting work across Southeast Asia.

FOR INTERNATIONAL PRINCIPALS

YOUR TECHNOLOGY.

OUR MARKET

EXPERIENCE.

Bringing a specialist technology into Southeast Asia takes more than a distributor. KSM Group introduces, engineers, installs and supports international products in Malaysian industry — with the technical depth to stand behind them long after commissioning, and the relationships to open the right doors.

HERITAGE

BUILT SINCE 1983. STILL BUILDING.

1983 workshop setup

It starts with electrical work

A small Malaysian outfit supplying and servicing electrical equipment for local industry. Nothing glamorous — just work that had to hold.

1990s industrial timeline expansion

Industry grows, so do we

As Malaysian manufacturing accelerated, the workshop grew into industrial engineering and noise control.

2000s structural landmark engineering

Onto the landmark projects

Engineering capacity deepened, and the group found itself on the infrastructure and power projects that shaped the country.

2010s high precision standard equipment

Precision becomes the standard

International principals arrived with technologies that demanded a partner who could engineer, install and stand behind them.

We carry the experience forward

Five specialist businesses across energy, industry and healthcare — the same instinct, applied to what comes next.

PROVEN IN THE FIELD

ENGINEERING + TECHNOLOGY

ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES.

Solar panels in the foreground with power lines and towers in the background during sunset.

Energy transition

Grid infrastructure, protection and generation technologies for a power system being rebuilt around new sources.

A man wearing glasses and a dark work jacket is inspecting a metal component in a manufacturing workshop. Sparks are flying from a nearby machine, and industrial equipment is visible in the background.

Advanced engineering

Precision fabrication and applied engineering for equipment that has to perform in demanding industrial environments.

A man working on a computer at a desk with multiple monitors displaying financial graphs and data in a modern office.

Automation & monitoring

Continuous condition monitoring and control systems that tell plant teams what is happening before it becomes a failure.

Healthcare technology

Advanced medical systems introduced, installed and supported for hospitals across the region.

PEOPLE

THE NEXT CHAPTER NEEDS GOOD PEOPLE.

Graduate engineers on site, technical sales specialists in the field, fabricators in the workshop, senior engineers teaching what can't be learned from a manual. We train, we promote from within, and we expect our people to still be learning ten years in.

A male worker in a green safety helmet and a yellow high-visibility vest supervises or inspects equipment at an industrial site, holding a tool while working outdoors.
A worker in safety gear welding metal in a workshop, with sparks and smoke around.
Two men examining large architectural plans inside a workshop or studio with tools on the table.
